Multi-Venue Marketers, Meet the New Business Intelligence Dashboard
Let us introduce you to our new baby that we’ve been hibernating with for the last 9 months, Business Intelligence or BI for short. A new module just released today and now part of our digital marketing and insights platform SocioConnect.
Our multi-venue grocery retail customers want to be able to maximise their ROI from online advertising. They want to be able to see and use data at a local level in their national level brand strategies and they want to be able to run efficient and results driven supplier campaigns. You guessed it. Now they can.
A bit about us if this is your first time visiting
Socio Local (that’s us) is an Irish based company with a digital marketing and insights platform that fuels efficiency and data driven marketing for retailers of one to thousands of stores. Socio Local was founded by Irish native Stephen Malone in 2017 initially servicing the digital marketing needs of independent businesses. Once the company had grown to 450 clients Stephen realised the significant gap in insights and efficiency that existed for businesses that were supporting the digital marketing efforts of multiple stores. Coupled with his own family background in grocery retail, Stephen created the platform SocioConnect which is transforming and radically improving the way multi-venue retailers can control their marketing across their estate. Today Socio Local works with some of Ireland and the UK’s biggest grocery retail brands; helping them save money, increase efficiency, drive compliance across their estate and drive sales.
Back to Business Intelligence, here’s the low down
The Business Intelligence dashboard is a premium feature on our platform that aggregates and displays data from 1000's of locations in an accessible and easy to understand way. Our grocery retail clients are now able to extract deep business value at both an estate level and individual location level to power the decisions they are making daily to drive revenue and footfall. With BI, multi-venue retailers can really see and optimise what is happening and drive results at a local level. And why is this important? Because 3 out of every 4 online engagements are happening on local profiles rather than HQ; so understanding those local level metrics and optimising them is vital.
Top 5 BI Facts...
No.1 Get visibility of your entire estates marketing data
View web, online orders, social, ad spend and reputation metrics for your entire estate of stores in one place.
No. 2 Label your supplier posts to accurately measure and compare campaigns
Use Socio’s post and product labelling to tag your products and supplier posts so you can accurately measure the success of a campaign at a brand and local level, and then compare them.
No. 3 Segment to Drive Performance
Brand pages versus local pages. Research tells us that local pages triumph over brand but is that the case for your business? BI gives you a detailed breakdown per location. Find and reward the top performers and reach out to those stores in your estate that need support.
No. 4 Local, Local, Local
Consumers want content that relates to their surroundings, to their community. Our Publishing and Local Intelligence modules make that possible by enabling multi-venue businesses posts relevant and relatable content at scale. BI now ensures you can measure the ROI of all that local content efficiently and across teams.
No. 5 Export
One word; it sounds so simple, but you would be surprised to know how many multi-venue retailers assemble data manually. No more my friends.
BI is one of several new modules launching in 2021 as we continue to improve the way multi-venue retailers can control their marketing across their estate.
So there we have it, a data driven module that has the power to change how your business operates. BI is one of several new modules launching in 2021 as we continue to improve the way multi-venue retailers can control their marketing across their estate. Stay tuned for more info and let’s forget this little nugget of knowledge ‘In a recent US study with 250 content marketing managers 73% cited a lack of technology and know-how as the biggest blocker in successfully managing content across their entire estate. A further 22% cited a lack of process.’ We are here every day to change this.
